Q: When is my order shipping?
A: Shipping Policy
We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Please note the following timelines:

Standard Orders: Orders are processed and shipped within 7 to 14 working days from the time of checkout. (Mon - Fri)

Pre-Order Items: Pre-order items may take between 15 to 40 working days for shipping, due to additional processing and manufacturing times. (Mon - Fri)
- Each item has specific delivery details mentioned in its description, so shipping times may vary. Please take note of the delivery information for each item before placing your order.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If any items are lost in the mail, we will investigate the issue with our delivery partner to find a resolution
Q: Can I cancel my order / amend / exchange
A: Order Cancellation, Amendments, and Exchange Policy

Cancellations:
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, cancellations are not possible as processing begins immediately. -
Amendments:
Changes to your order (e.g., size, color, or shipping details) may be possible, depending on stock availability. Please contact us as soon as possible to request any amendments. -
Exchanges:
Exchanges are possible based on stock availability. If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team for assistance. -
Refunds:
Refunds are processed and issued in line with Shopify guidelines "once a refund is issued it may take.
Q: When will my Pre-order ship?
A: Minimum time frame for Pre Orders is 35 working days, Furthermore If your order includes both in-stock items and pre-ordered items, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-ordered item becomes available.
A: To receive in-stock items earlier, we recommend placing separate orders for pre-ordered and in-stock products.
A: Updates: We will provide consistent updates regarding the status of your pre-order, including production progress and estimated shipping dates. You’ll be notified via email if there are any significant changes to the timeline.
Q: Ive emailed and I haven't had a response?
A: We aim to respond to all support inquiries within 1-2 days. However, during busy periods, some emails may unfortunately be missed. If you haven’t received a response after 7 days, please send us a follow-up email at SPADES.FMM@GMAIL.COM, and we’ll do our best to assist you as soon as possible.

Q: Why are items blurred out? what is the sign up for?
A: Through our new release plans; per season each item has its own planned release and to respect that we have items blurred to keep its privacy untill its previewed via our campaigns.
A: The sign up feature is to keep you guys updated on when the sign up items release, stay tuned and stay posted for everything that is to come.
